Oikos (relationship) lists of elementary kids from the children's ministry at one of the Family Church campuses in Palm Beach County. They're also doing this for adults and tracking gospel shares, but I was blown away they're doing this with elementary students!! One of the most powerful things I've seen.

Too many leaders are trying to guilt their people into sharing the gospel. Here’s a much better strategy. Teach everyone, including the kids, Why, Who and How and get them praying for people far from God. As God works, celebrate. That’s much more fun than laying a burden on people.
